3. RESTRICTIONS: Limit one (1) prize per person or household. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize and all meals, gratuities, spending money, and all other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner. Government-imposed per passenger travel taxes are approximately $100.00 per person are not included and are payable by winner prior to travel. Winner is responsible to get to a Funjet Vacations’ departure city. Travel must be taken (subject to blackouts and other restrictions, between December 1, 2013 and October 31, 2014) and accommodations, airfare and flights are subject to availability and travel is not allowed over holidays, blackout dates or convention periods. Confirmation will be given on a space available basis only. Once a reservation is made, no changes are permitted. Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. No prize substitutions, except as provided herein. It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide proper documentation. Married or divorced women traveling under names other than what is printed on their travel documents must supply a marriage license and/or divorce decree. The actual value of the prize may. No transfer nor substitution of the Prize or Prize elements will be permitted. All expenses, fees and charges not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. If the Prize winner cannot accept the Prize as stated, the Prize and all components of the Prize may be forfeited in its/their entirety. Tickets for the air travel and activities are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions printed on the tickets. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for frequent flyer miles. Travel is subject to any flight variation, schedule or route changes, work stoppages, and restrictions. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to the Prize winner’s proximity to Universal Studios in Florida, round trip air travel will not be provided to the Prize winner or guest. If the Prize winner or guest engages in behavior that (solely determined by Sponsor) is illegal, threatening or obnoxious, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip, in whole or in part, and send the Prize winner and guest out of the hotel, the Sweepstakes’ events and/ or escort the Prize winner and guest to the return airport with no further compensation.
