Each Weekly Entry Period begins at 12:00 a.m. ET each Monday and ends the following Sunday except for the last Weekly Entry Period which ends on Monday, June 30, 2014. Each Monthly Entry Period begins at 12:00 a.m. ET the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET the last day of the month except for the first Monthly Entry Period which begins on October 14, 2013.
