One (1) Grand Prize will be offered. The Grand Prize is a seven (7) day, six (6) night trip, currently scheduled to take place from February 5, 2014 to February 12, 2014, for the winner and one (1) guest to attend the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia. The trip consists of round-trip coach-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest between a departure city designated by Sponsor (as close as is reasonably possible to the city or town in which the winner resides, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion) and an airport near Sochi, Russia designated by Sponsor; a six (6) night consecutive night stay for the winner and one (1) guest at a four-star hotel determined by Sponsor (one (1) standard room, double occupancy; room rate and taxes only; size and type of room determined by Sponsor); daily breakfast at the winner’s hotel and one (1) lunch; one (1) single entry pass for the winner and one (1) guest to CoSport’s hospitality center located in the Coastal Cluster; tickets for the winner and one (1) guest to attend events selected by Sponsor in its discretion, which may include the Opening Ceremony on February 7, 2014, Ski Jumping on February 8, 2014, Ice Hockey on February 9, 2014, Speed Skating on February 10, 2014 and Figure Skating on February 11, 2014; ground transportation to and from sporting and non-sporting venues included in the winner’s Co-Sport itinerary via dedicated coach, including transportation to and from the airport and the winner’s hotel; a gift card, cash or check with value of $2,500; and a check for $5,950 which the winner may use to defray the winner’s income tax liability associated with the Grand Prize. The prize does not include transportation between the winner’s home and the airport. The winner’s guest must be of legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which the guest resides, unless the winner is a parent or legal guardian of the minor guest. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $34,151.00.
