One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to the Memorial Day Race, scheduled for May 25, 2014. Trip consists of round trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near winners' home residence to Charlotte, North Carolina to attend the race on May 25, 2014. Trip includes 3 days/2 nights standard double occupancy accommodations (May 24 through May 26, 2014), two VIP tickets to the race, ground transportation to and from hotel and to and from race, and a $300.00 travel stipend to be awarded in the form of a check to winner. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,000.00.

Ten (10) Second Prizes: a racing cap autographed by Juan Montoya. ARV: $ 20.00 each.
