The Grand Prize Winner shall receive a flyaway trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to Los Angeles, California to see Jake Owen perform at the Jimmy Kimmel Live! outdoor concert series on December 5, 2013. Travel must be completed by December 5, 2013. Sponsor is not responsible if potential Grand Prize Winner is unable or unavailable to accept prize. The trip shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sponsor’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles, CA; (ii) one (1) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice, in its sole discretion, in or around Los Angeles, CA for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) two (2) VIP tickets to see the taping of Jake Owen’s outdoor concert series performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, plus two (2) green room meet & greet passes to meet Jake Owen (subject to Artist’s availability). Estimated retail value of Grand Prize is One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00).
