Void in AK & HI
One (1) Grand Prize winner (“GP Winner”) will receive a 3-day /2-night trip for
GP Winner and one (1) guest to Las Vegas, Nevada (the “Trip”) to attend the
American Country Awards. The Trip is currently scheduled to take place
December 9 –11, 2013 but is subject to change. The Trip is subject to the
Delta Vacations Terms & Conditions* and will consist of the following:
(a.) Round-trip coach class airfare for GP Winner and guest from a major
airport serviced by Delta Air Lines with regularly scheduled commercial flights
closest to the GP Winner’s permanent residence to a Las Vegas-area airport;
(b.) Two(2) nights hotel accommodation for GP Winner and guest at a hotel
selected by the Sponsor (one room, double occupancy, room & tax only);
(c.) airport transfers to/from the hotel;
(d.) $250 spending money; and
(e.) access for two (2) people to attend the American Country Awards,
currently scheduled to take place on December 10, 2013 (the “Event”).
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $2,650.
