1 Grand Prize-The Grand Prize Winner shall receive the following (the "Grand Prize"): a trip for four (4) to New York, New York, which includes: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests between the major U.S. commercial airport in the contiguous 48 United States and D.C. nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and New York, New York (airports determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) four (4) days and three (3) nights first class hotel accommodations (as determined by Sponsor) (two double occupancy rooms, room rates and taxes only); (iii) dinner for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests at a Food Network chef restaurant; (iv) four (4) tickets to the 2014 Thanksgiving Parade in New York City; (v) one (1) $1,000 gift card; (vi) one (1) Ritz/Food Network swag bag; (vii) roundtrip airport transfers to/from hotel in New York City; and (viii) all taxes related to accommodations and airfare. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $12,800.
(10) 1st Prizes-Each First Prize Winner shall receive the following (the "First Prize"): one (1) Ritz gift bag. Total ARV of each First Prize: $50.
