One (1) Weekly Prize winner will be selected for each Week in a random drawing to be held on or about each Drawing Date listed in Chart A from among all eligible entries received during the corresponding Week. Two (2) Monthly Prize winners will be selected for each Month in a random drawing to be held on or about each Drawing Date listed in Chart B from among all eligible entries received during the corresponding Month. Three (3) Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about April 2, 2014 from among all eligible entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries will not carry forward to subsequent Weekly or Monthly drawings; however all entries will carry forward to the Grand Prize drawing.
Three (3) Grand Prizes: A trip for winner and a guest to experience “an activity packed day” in one of the following locations of winner’s choice: Boston, MA; Denver, CO; or Santa Monica, CA. Trip consists of round-trip, coach-class, air transportation for winner and winner’s guest (from a major commercial airport nearest the winner’s residence home), two (2) nights standard hotel-room accommodations (double-occupancy), rental car for three (3) days, $200 spending money (awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner), and two (2) prepaid activities of winner’s choice from a list provided by Sponsor. ARV of trip portion of each Grand Prize: $2,900.00. Grand Prize Winner will also receive a new 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek™ Hybrid. ARV of car portion of each Grand Prize: $25,995.00.
Applicable to trip portion of Grand Prize: Travel must be completed by August 31, 2014. Actual value may depend on city/day/time of departure and destination. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and change and are at Sponsor’s discretion. Activities are subject to availability and change. Meals, gratuities and all other costs and expenses associated with the prize and not specifically described herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. All travel is subject to government restrictions and regulations, hotel and airline restrictions and regulations. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights). Winner and travel guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license, passport) required for travel within the United States. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. Applicable to rental car: Winner must possess a current valid driver’s license, valid major credit card, meet age requirements of rental car company, and meet/comply with all terms and conditions of the rental car agency in order to rent vehicle; if winner does not qualify for rental car portion of prize, neither it nor its value will be awarded.
Applicable to car portion of Grand Prize: Vehicle shown (if any) in promotional materials is for illustrative purposes only; vehicle awarded may differ. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes (including, but not limited to, sales taxes and income taxes) and all other costs and expenses not specifically stated above, including but not limited to registration, license, title, insurance fees; the cost of any upgrades, or optional equipment. Winner must present valid driver’s license and evidence of automobile insurance at time of delivery or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner may be required to work with a dealership near winner’s home address to complete the delivery process which may include traveling a reasonable distance to the dealership at his/her own expense. Manufacturer will make best attempts to deliver the vehicle of winner’s choice to the closest Subaru dealership within eight (8) week of notification.
Grand Prize Winner may take a cash alternative of $22,000.00 in lieu of the Subaru Crosstrek XV Hybrid. ARV of cash alternative of vehicle: $22,000.00. No cash alternative for the trip portion of the Grand Prize.
ARV of entire Grand Prize: up to $28,895.00 each.
Six (6 ) Monthly Prizes (two [2] per Month): One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer, payable to winner. ARV of each Monthly Prize: $1,000.00.
Thirteen (13) Weekly Prizes (one [1] per Week): One (1) mini fridge and one (1) case of Naked Juice. ARV of each Weekly Prize: $150.00 each.
