The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following (the "Grand Prize"): a trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada, which includes: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and guest between the major U.S. commercial airport in the 50 United States and D.C. nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Las Vegas, Nevada; (ii) four (4) days and three (3) nights hotel accommodations at the MGM Grand Hotel (as determined by Sponsor) (one double occupancy room, room rate and taxes only); (iii) two (2) tickets to the 49th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards, taking place on April 6, 2014; (iv) two (2) tickets to the as-yet-unannounced ACM Special taping, featuring live musical performances, taking place on April 7, 2014; (v) roundtrip airport transfers to/from hotel in Las Vegas; and (vi) $500 cash (presented in the form of a check). Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $4,300.
