One (1) Grand Prize, two (2) First Prizes, five (5) second Prizes, and ten (10) Third Prizes are available in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of: (i) fifty (50) movie tickets to a private screening of Need for Speed tentatively scheduled between April 1, 2014 and April 30, 2014 (subject to change at Sponsor’s discretion), at a theater located near the Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) (the “Screening”) and (ii) up to fifty (50) vouchers (one [1] for each ticket holder) for up to twenty dollars ($20.00) worth of concessions valid at the theater during the Screening (the “Vouchers”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $3,000.00 USD
(2) First Prizes-Each First Prize consists of: (i) one (1) gaming console; and (iii) one Electronic Arts “Need for Speed: Rivals” video game. The ARV of each First Prize is $460 and the ARV of all First Prizes is $920.
(5) Second Prizes-Each Second Prize consists of: one (1) set of four General Brand tires. The ARV of each Second Prize is $1,500 per set of four, depending on selection and the ARV of all Second Prizes is $7,500.
