Ten (10) Grand Prizes are available: Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3) day two (2) night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Nashville, TN to attend the 2014 CMT Music Awards show (“Awards”) on or about June 4, 2014. Awards show date is non-negotiable. Awards show date is subject to change in CMT’s sole discretion. If Grand Prize Winner, together with Guest, cannot travel on dates specified by CMT, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the Grand Prize (as hereinafter defined). Promotion Entities are not responsible if a potential Grand Prize Winner is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize a prize. The trip shall include the following: (i) roundtrip coach air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest from a major U.S. gateway airport of CMT’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by CMT in its sole discretion) to a major U.S. gateway airport of CMT’s choice in or around Nashville, TN, at CMT’s sole discretion. CMT reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Nashville, TN; (ii) ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to and from an airport in or around Nashville, TN; (iii) three (3) days and two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based upon double occupancy (room and tax only; meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included) at a hotel of CMT’s choice, in its sole discretion, in or around Nashville, TN; (iv) two (2) tickets to the Awards show; (v) access for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to the 2014 CMT Music Awards Welcome Reception event (“Event”); (vi) access for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to the 2014 CMT Music Awards Pre-Party Reception (“Reception”); and (vii) an opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to visit select sites in Nashville, TN such as the Country Music Hall of Fame, Blue Bird Caf?, and CMT’s studio, place and time to be determined by CMT in its sole discretion (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $4,000.00.
