One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the “Inspire Every Bite” party (“Event”) co-hosted by the Winner and Chef Kayne Raymond. Chef Kayne Raymond will travel to the Winner’s house or other location deemed appropriate by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves all rights to determine where the Event will be located. The Winner may invite up to - but no more than - nine (9) guests to attend the Event. Sponsor will provide a variety of Dare Foods’ crackers and food ingredients. Chef Kayne Raymond will instruct Winner and guests on how to prepare – but not limited to – appetizers and light meals that incorporate Dare Foods’ cracker varieties. The Event must take place between July 1, 2014 and September 1, 2014 or prize will be forfeited, The Event will take place on a date mutually agreed upon between the Sponsor and Winner and subject to Chef Kayne Raymond’s schedule. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize is $2,500.
