Grand Prize (1 winner): The Grand Prize ("Winner") will receive two (2) tickets to one (1) Train concert occurring between August 8th, 2014 and December 31st, 2014 and two (2) passes to meet members of the band, Train, at the concert for which tickets were awarded, along with US$5000.00 in the form of a check made payable to the winner which can be used by the winner as they choose and/or to cover airfare and hotel costs associated with travel to and from the concert venue. Sponsor will provide Winner with a list of concert dates and venues and the Winner may select the concert they wish to attend. Cash equivalent will not be awarded if winner is unable or unwilling to receive prize. The approximate retail value of the Prize is $5300.
