PRIZES: Twelve (12) Prizes will be awarded as follows:
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) regular suite for the Saturday, August 16th game versus the Baltimore Orioles at Progressive Field. The suite includes sixteen (16) tickets for Grand Prize Winner and fifteen (15) guests and four (4) parking passes along with a $600 suite food package. All additional suite food, beverage or service expenses over $600 shall be the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner (the "Grand Prize"). (Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize: $4,000.) TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE GAME AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED. Seat locations at the game shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsors. Grand Prize Winner’s companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Runner Up Prize: One (1) Runner Up Prize Winner will receive one (1) autographed replica jersey signed by one (1) 2014 Cleveland Indians baseball player determined at the sole discretion of the Cleveland Indians (the "Runner Up Prize") (Approximate Retail Value of the Runner Up Prize: $100.)
Second Runner Up Prize: Ten (10) Second Runner Up Prize Winners will each receive one (1) autographed baseball signed by one (1) 2014 Cleveland Indians baseball player determined at the sole discretion of the Cleveland Indians (the "Second Runner Up Prize"). (Approximate Retail Value of the Second Runner Up Prize: $50.)
