(2) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize Winner shall receive a seven (7) day/six (6) night trip for Winner and three (3) guests to Vancouver and Whistler, British Columbia, Canada (“Trip”). The Trip shall include the following:
Coach class airfare for Winner and Winner’s three (3) guests, from the major international airport that is, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, closest to Winner’s home (restrictions apply) to Detroit, Michigan.
In the event the Winner and Winner’s three (3) guests reside near Detroit, MI, as determined by Sponsor, round trip ground transportation for Winner and Winner’s guests to the Jetport in Detroit, MI and no hotel accommodations in Detroit will be provided (restrictions may apply).
Round trip transportation on a private chartered jet from Detroit, MI, to Vancouver, Canada and back to Detroit, MI. Both Grand Prize Winners and their guests will all travel on the same jet.
In the event Winner and Winner’s guests are not able to arrive in Detroit, MI in time to depart on the chartered Jet to Vancouver, Canada, Winner and Winner’s guests will arrive in Detroit, MI the day immediately preceding departure to Vancouver, Canada and Trip will also include:
Ground transportation from Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport for Winner and Winner’s three (3) guests to a hotel of Sponsor’s choice. Winner and guests must travel in one (1) vehicle to the hotel.
One (1) night hotel accommodations (two rooms, double occupancy) at hotel of Sponsor’s choice in Detroit, MI on August 29, 2014.
Ground transportation from hotel in Detroit, MI to Jetport in Detroit, MI. Winner and three (3) guests must travel in one (1) vehicle to Jetport.
Seven (7) days/six (6) nights hotel accommodations at hotel(s) of Sponsor’s choice in British Columbia (two rooms, double occupancy).
Activities in British Columbia, Canada (schedule of activities to be determined by Sponsor and are subject to change). Height and weight requirements may apply for some activities. Activities shall include the following, subject to participation and availability:
Bungee jumping
ATV tour adventure
White water rafting
Downhill mountain biking
Ziplining
Floatplane Tour
Aviation 101
Skydiving
Private Yacht party
Select meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be provided while in British Columbia, Canada. Meals will be determined by the Sponsor.
Cash stipend of $35,000 awarded in the form of a check, which may be used by winner toward any tax liability associated with acceptance/use of the Grand Prize. Check will be mailed to the winner after the conclusion of the trip.
Per diem of $100 per day for Winner and each of Winner’s guests (total per diem for entire trip: $2,800) awarded in the form of a check. Check will be mailed to the Winner prior to departure for the trip.
Ground transportation from JetPort in Detroit, MI to Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport. Winners and Winner’s three (3) guests must travel in one (1) car to Jetport.
In the event the Winner and Winner’s three (3) guests reside near Detroit, MI, as determined by Sponsor, round trip ground transportation for Winner and Winner’s guests to the Winner and Winner’s guests’ residences will be provided (restrictions may apply).
Coach class airfare for Winner and three (3) guests, from Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport to a major airport nearest winner’s residence, as determined by the Sponsor.
Trip is scheduled to conclude on September 5, 2014. In the event a return flight from Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport is not available on September 5, 2014 and Winner and Winner’s three (3) guests do not reside near Detroit, MI, as determined by Sponsor, Sponsor will provide Winner one (1) night hotel accommodations in Detroit, MI on September 5, 2014 (two rooms, double occupancy).
The ARV of the Grand Prize is: $108,300 each.
