GRAND PRIZE: One Grand Prize will be awarded, comprised of (1) a 32’ Winnebago Vista RV (the “Prize Vehicle”), (2) a “Prize Package” (described below), and (3) a three‐day/two‐night trip to Baton Rouge, LA on September 5‐7, 2014 (the “Prize Trip”), for the Grand Prize winner and one adult guest, to accept delivery of the Prize Vehicle and Prize Package at the Community Coffee Event on the LSU parade grounds on Saturday, September 6, 2014 (“Event’). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $103,500.
Prize Vehicle: The Prize Vehicle, wrapped in pressure sensitive adhesive vinyl in LSU colors, will be delivered in Baton Rouge, LA at the Event during the Prize Trip weekend. The Winner is responsible for, and the RV dealership handling delivery of the Prize Vehicle will collect and remit to appropriate government authorities, all taxes, fees and expenses imposed on or relating to the transfer of Prize Vehicle to the Winner, including all state and local sales and use taxes, luxury taxes, destination charges, registration, title and license fees, insurance, and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering and taking possession of the Prize Vehicle. The Winner must present his or her valid U.S. driver’s license (and must have a valid license to drive the Prize Vehicle), verify the home telephone number provided to Sponsor in connection with the prize claim, and provide satisfactory proof of liability insurance prior to prize delivery. The Prize Vehicle includes standard equipment for the 2014 Winnebago Vista, with options determined by Sponsor at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Upgrades or other option modifications are not available. MSRP of Prize Vehicle is $98,437.
