Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of (i) round trip coach class airfare for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest between the major airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner's residence and Huntersville, North Carolina; (ii) three (3) nights' hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion at the Hampton Inn or a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (one [1] room, double occupancy); (iii) three (3) laps for the Grand Prize winner only with Dale Earnhardt Jr. at an event selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the “Ride and Drive”); (iv) a Q&A session with Dale Earnhardt Jr. (the “Q&A”); (v) a meet and greet with Dale Earnhardt Jr. with an autograph and photograph opportunity (the “Meet and Greet”); (vi) two (2) tickets to the Nationwide race (the “Race”, and collectively with the Ride and Drive, the Q&A, and the Meet and Greet, the “Event”) with VIP treatment by staff, including pit and garage tours; (vii) free food and beverages at the Ride and Drive; (viii) a DVD documenting the Grand Prize; (ix) one (1) pair of skull gloves autographed by Dale Earnhardt Jr. worn during the Ride and Drive; (x) two (2) tickets to the NASCAR hall of fame; and (xi) one (1) VIP swag bag containing items selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All details of the Event (including but not limited to the dates and times of the Ride and Drive, Q&A, Meet and Greet and Race) are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $12,000.
Second Prize: Up to ten (10) Second Prizes are available. Each Second Prize consists of one (1) pair of SPY Dale Earnhardt Jr. signature sunglasses. The ARV of each Second Prize is $150.00.
