Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize consisting of: a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for the Winner and one (1) guest to Austin, Texas to attend the festival, scheduled to take place from October 10, 2014 to October 12, 2014 including: (1) a three (3) night hotel stay for the Winner and one (1) guest (one (1) room based on double occupancy); (2) roundtrip coach air transportation for the Winner and one (1) guest to Austin, Texas from a major commercial airport (selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion) near the Winner’s home on a major carrier (selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion) and ground transportation to and from the airport; (3) two (2) General Admission tickets to the Austin City Limits Festival; (4) two (2) pairs of Teva Originals sandals; and (5) $300.00. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,500.00.
