Submission Types:
Words: up to one thousand (1,000) words (including counting words such as "I", "a", etc.) depicting the Theme;
Photos: up to ten (10) current, original, unaltered digital photos or images depicting the Theme; and/or
Video: a video up to five (5) minutes in length depicting the Theme.
One (1) Individual Grand Prize: A five (5) day/four (4) night trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to attend Super Bowl XLIX, currently scheduled to take place in Glendale, AZ on February 1, 2015. Should the subject of the winning Entry be the winner's child or legal ward, such child/legal ward must attend the trip along with the parent or legal guardian of such child or legal ward. Trip includes all of the following: a) round trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence in the U.S. to destination city; b) up to two (2) standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (two (2) rooms) for four (4) nights; c) opportunity for winner and guest(s) to attend the following festivities, hereafter, "Festivities": NFL Experience and Super Bowl Central; d) up to four (4) tickets to Super Bowl XLIX; e) $8,000 awarded in the form of a check which may be used towards offsetting any liability associated with the 1099 tax form filing, and f) up to four (4) pregame and up to four (4) postgame field passes. Guests who are of legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18) must execute and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. If a guest is the child or legal ward of winner, winner must execute and return a Liability/Publicity Release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") = $28,000.
