Grand Prize (1). There will be one (1) “Grand Prize” awarded to the “Grand Prize Winner”. The Grand Prize shall consist of a trip for Grand Prize Winner and his/her three (3) guests (each, a “Guest” and collectively, the “Guests”) to Los Angeles, California. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Eight Thousand One Hundred Eighty Dollars ($8,180.00), depending on time of travel and place of departure, and consists of:
Round trip economy airfare for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) Guests departing from an airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and arriving at a Los Angeles, California area airport, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion;
Three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation at a Los Angeles area hotel (the “Hotel”) (one room/quadruple occupancy; room and tax only);
Breakfast at the Hotel for three (3) days for Grand Prize Winner and Guests;
One (1) mid-sized rental car;
One (1) dinner for Grand Prize Winner and Guests;
One (1) private VIP tour of Paramount Pictures Studio, which shall include a catered lunch;
One (1) Hollywood Movie Tour;
One (1) Segway Tour of Santa Monica (the “Segway Tour”); and
Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) spending money for Grand Prize Winner only.
Runner-Up Prizes (5). There will be five (5) Runner-Up Winners who will each receive one (1) “Runner-Up Prize”. The Runner-Up Prize is one (1) Amazon Kindle Fire HD. The ARV of each Runner-Up Prize is Two Hundred Ten Dollars ($210.00)
