Ten (10) winners will receive one (1) prize package, which will include the following: (i) a trip for the winner and
one (1) guest to the Tim McGraw Album Release Party on October 15, 2014; (ii) domestic, roundtrip coach air
transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from the major metropolitan commercial airport nearest prize
winner’s primary residence (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by the Company in its sole
discretion) to the destination airport located in Los Angeles, CA as determined by the location of the event (as
determined by the Company in its sole discretion); (iii) two (2) days and one (1) night hotel room accommodations
in one (1) standard, double occupancy hotel (as determined by Company in its sole discretion); (iv) roundtrip
