GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE SUMMARY The Grand Prize is a trip for 2 (two): a 6-Night/7-day ski trip at VAIL Resorts (Colorado) during Winter 2014, AND a 6-Night/7-day ski trip at Ski Portillo Resort (Chile) in Summer 2015, plus airfare from anywhere in the US to Vail and to Chile.
Travel must commence on or after November 1, 2014 and be completed by September 30, 2015.
Grand Prize Winner must verify with Sponsor at time of booking to ensure additional Sponsor and/or Partner black-outdates, as well as any additional restrictions and all prize redemption is subject to availability. Sponsor and partners reserve the right to arrange and/or modify the air travel based on, but not limited to, acts of God and weather conditions.
6.2 FLIGHTS AND PACKAGES
Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:
Flights to Denver and Vail Resorts Package
Sponsor will provide two (2) round-trip tickets from anywhere in the US to Denver (VAIL Resorts) operated by other non-related affiliated domestic US Airline or carrier for Grand Prize Winner and companion, not exceeding USD $2,000 total.
6-Night/7-Day Ski Package for two at VAIL Resorts, of an average retail value of USD $14,920 courtesy of Vail Resorts including:
Lodging, one hotel room, double occupancy
Meals for 6 days (breakfast at Hotel, lunch $25 Per person & dinners up to $40 per person in forms of vouchers for select restaurants)
Round Trip Transfers from Airport to VAIL
Ski Rental – 6 days and Lift Tickets – 6 days
Vail Resorts Blackout dates will apply and are at the sole discretion of Vail Resorts. Vail Resorts redemption dates are subject to availability, based on hotel occupancies, and holiday blackout dates on the certificate. Current Blackouts include: December 24, 2014 through January 4, 2015; January 16, 2015 through January 19, 2015; February 1, 2015 through February 16, 2015.
Flights to Chile and Ski Portillo Package
Two (2) round-trip confirmed space (fare code DM001-0) airfare tickets in Premium Business Class on flights operated by LAN Airlines or LAN Peru which is a Peruvian passenger airline affiliated with LAN Airlines [“LAN Peru”] or its affiliated carriers from LOS ANGELES (LAX) or MIAMI (MIA) or NEW YORK (JFK) on LAN or its affiliate, LAN Peru S.A. to Santiago, Chile.
Should the Grand Prize Winner not reside in LAX, MIA or JFK, Sponsor will cover costs of flights for Grand Prize Winner and companion departing from any airport in the fifty (50) U.S Status and the District of Columbia with direct flights to one of the aforementioned gateways (MIA, LAX or JFK), not exceeding a total value of $2,000 for both Grand Prize Winner and companion.
6-Night/7-Day Ski Package for two, inclusive of ground transportation, meals and lodging and Ski Lifts in Chile, courtesy of Ski Portillo. Package includes:
Lodging: One hotel room, double occupancy
Meals (breakfast, lunch, tea-time & dinners)

Lift Tickets
Black-out dates apply and may vary since they are subject to availability .
Chile Flight and Ski Portillo Package Blackout Dates: December 10, 2014 through January 20, 2015 AND June 10, 2015 through August 20, 2015 AND September 15, 2015 through September 25, 2015
The above mentioned blackout dates are subject to change and must be confirmed with Sponsor at time of Prize Redemption.
6.3 GEAR and OUTERWEAR
Grand Prize Winner will receive:
Two (2) sets of Wagner Custom skis for Grand Prize Winner and companion valued at USD $2,000 each, courtesy of Wagner Skis
Helly Hansen will outfit the Grand Prize Winner and companion with ski and travel gear/wear for two (2), with a total retail value $5,000 in outerwear, courtesy of Helly Hansen
Grand Prize Gear and Outerwear are subject to Wagner Skis and Helly Hansen’s available stock inventory and subject to their approval.
No Grand Prize substitution, cash equivalent or transfer permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsors, who reserve the right to substitute all or part of the Grand Prize with one of comparable or greater value. Additional upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the Grand Prize winner. LAN Airlines or LAN Peru and/or its affiliates do not guarantee, beforehand, the availability of space on any of the air routes hotels, cruise, gear herein mentioned or that might be selected by the winner(s).
