Finalist and Grand Prize Events: Each Sweepstakes Finalist will have the opportunity to compete in the Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl pre-game “Quarterback Challenge” (“Finalist Event”). The five (5) pre-selected Finalist winners will be given five (5) throws each from predetermined and marked locations. The football must go completely through hole to other side of backdrop for (1) point. The Finalist with the highest number of points in the Finalist Event (in Sponsor’s/Administrator’s sole discretion), will be deemed the Grand Prize Finalist and will then have the opportunity to participate in the Grand Prize “Half Time Challenge” (“Grand Prize Event”) for the opportunity to hit multiple stationary targets from increasing distances. If, after five (5) throws in the Finalist Event, one (1) or more participants are tied, a tie-breaker will be held as follows: The Sponsor/Administrator will move the preset locations further away from the target [approx. five (5) yards] and the tied participants will have the opportunity to take an additional five (5) throws to determine the Grand Prize Finalist. If the tie persists, the Sponsor/Administrator will continue to move locations further and repeat process to determine the Grand Prize Finalist. The Grand Prize Finalist will have the opportunity (in the specified amount of time) to hit four (4) different stationary targets (one throw per target) from the distance(s) as designated by the Administrator (and all details will be provided to the Grand Prize Finalist at time of Grand Prize Event). All attempts made must occur in the presence of the Administrator (who will also be videotaping the Event). Any attempt made not in the presence of the Administrator will be disqualified and is not eligible for any Grand Prize Event Prize. Each of the four (4) targets will have a prize associated with it per the chart below in Rule #8. If the Grand Prize Finalist successfully hits any of the targets, he/she will win the prize associated with that target. (For example, if the Finalist successfully hits target 2 and 3, he/she will win the prizes associated with targets 2 and 3). If the Grand Prize Finalist does not hit any of the targets, he/she will not win any prizes. If the Grand Prize Finalist successfully hits target #4 (at Sponsor’s/Administrator’s sole discretion), he/she will be deemed the Grand Prize winner of the vehicle. In the event of a successful hit of target #4 as required by these Official Rules, the Finalist will be awarded the Grand Prize subject to verification by the Sponsor/Administrator and compliance with these Official Rules. If target #4 is not successfully hit by the Finalist as required by these Official Rules, the Grand Prize will not be awarded. Finalists must be present at the date, time and location as specified by Sponsor to participate in Finalist and Grand Prize Event(s). Practice tries will not be permitted. If a Finalist does not meet the eligibility requirements, does not wish to participate in an Event or, is unable or unwilling to attend an Event, he/she will be disqualified. Only the Finalists selected and notified will be eligible to participate. No aid of any kind may be given to the Finalists participating in any of the Events.
