Three (3) First Prizes. Three (3) potential winners will be selected by a panel of judges and will be
awarded Air Travel and Hotel Accommodations for two to Los Angeles, CA, 2 tickets to attend the 46th
NAACP Image Awards Show, and 2VIP tickets to the 2015 NAACP Image Awards Post Show Gala
Celebration sponsored by Hyundai at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium on February 6, 2015. Approximate
Retail Value (“ARV”) of each first prize: $2,000.
One (1) Grand Prize. A 2015 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T with Ultimate Package. Hyundai Motor America will
determine all features of the automobile including but not limited to color of exterior and interior and any
other customizations as determined by Hyundai Motor America in its sole discretion, and all other
features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by designated Hyundai dealer and paid for by the
winner. Winner must be a licensed driver in good standing and will be required to provide proof of
insurance at time of vehicle delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer
preparation costs, auto insurance and other taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and use. Winner
must take delivery of prize from the Hyundai dealership designated by Hyundai Motor America. Winner
is responsible for winner’s transportation to and from designated Hyundai dealer. The ARV of the grand
prize: $34,460.
