GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize will consist of a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to The Biggest Loser Resort in Malibu, California (“Trip”). Trip includes the following: roundtrip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s residence (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) to a major commercial airport near Los Angeles, CA; non-exclusive ground transportation to and from Los, Angeles, CA airport and Resort (as defined below); accommodations for eight (8) days, seven (7) nights in one (1) double occupancy room at the Fitness Ridge LLC d/b/a/ The Biggest Loser Resort Malibu located at 327 Latigo Canyon Rd, Malibu, CA 90265 (“Resort”). Guest must be twenty one (21) years of age or older as of October 2, 2014.
The Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Grand Prize is eight thousand seven-hundred and ninety-five dollars ($8,795.00).
FIRST PRIZES: There will be ten (10) first prizes (“First Prizes”, each a “First Prize”) awarded; one (1) First Prize to each First Prize Winner. Each First Prize consists of the following: one (1) Biggest Loser DVD; one (1) Biggest Loser book; five (5) Green Giant high value coupons (“Coupons”); one (1) Green Giant T-shirt; and one (1) Green Giant Water Bottle. Prize elements will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guaranty, either express or implied by Sponsors.
The Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each First Prize is sixty-dollars ($60).
