A trip for two (2) to New York from 12/8/2014 to 12/10/2014 to attend Carrie Underwood at the iHeartRADIO Theater. Domestic
roundtrip airfare for winner and one (1) guest between the major metropolitan airport nearest prize winner’s primary residence and (in
the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to destination airport for New York, NY; 2 days
and 1 night standard double occupancy hotel accommodations at destination; two (2) tickets to Carrie Underwood at the iHeartRADIO
