The Grand Prize shall consist of a trip (“Trip”) for Grand Prize winner and one (1) Travel Companion to New York, NY (“NYC”). The Trip includes the following: (i) round-trip (“R/T”) economy class airfare for two (2) from the major U.S. or Canadian gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to NYC (ARV of up to $1,500.00 USD (approximately $1,685.05. CAD) each ticket), (ii) R/T ground transfers between airport and hotel in NYC (ARV of up to $200.00 USD (approximately $224.68 CAD)), (iii) four (4) consecutive nights’ accommodations for two (2) in one (1) single standard guest room (twin beds, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a hotel (“Hotel”) selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor (ARV of up to $2,000.00 USD (approximately $2,246.83 CAD)), (iv) a “Meet & Greet” opportunity (subject to availability) with Buddy Valastro at Carlo’s Bakery in Jersey City, NJ, (v) R/T ground transfers between Hotel and “Meet & Greet”, (vii) 2 hour private cake decorating class at Carlo’s Bakery with a baker selected at sole discretion of Buddy Valastro and (vii) a $1,000 USD (approximately $1,123.42 CAD) pre-paid gift card. All specific elements of the Grand Prize are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or its designee(s). In the event Sponsor is unable to provide the “Meet & Greet” with Buddy Valastro at Carlo’s Bakery in Jersey City, NJ, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. The ARV of the Grand Prize is approximately $5,000.00 USD (approximately $5,617.15 CAD).
