One (1) Grand-Prize Winner:
The Grand-Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to the Big Game in Glendale, AZ on Sunday, February 1, 2015. The trip includes roundtrip economy-class airfare for two (2) to Phoenix, AZ from a major airport nearest winner's residence, three (3) nights hotel accommodations (check-in: Friday, January 30, 2015; check-out: Monday, February 2, 2015, 1 room, double occupancy), two (2) upper-level end zone tickets to the pro football game, pre-game hospitality, one (1) $250 prepaid debit card and two (2) deluxe gift bags. Grand-Prize Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary. If Grand-Prize Winner lives within 200 miles of Glendale, AZ winner will receive, in lieu of airfare, roundtrip local transportation between winner's home and Glendale. Grand-Prize Winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation to/from airports, meals, fuel, gratuities and hotel incidentals. Accommodation restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsor's approval. Once travel is booked, no changes or cancellations will be accepted and no extensions or exceptions apply. Winner and companion must present valid identification prior to ticketing.
