Today was my last day at iPacesetters. It was the longest temporary part-time job I have ever had. It was hard not to shed tears but we all managed~ 8 years is a long time to be working with people and then we all go on our separate paths towards the future within hours of each other.

I am looking forward to joining the Straight Forward Team, but will miss my co-workers. There will be alot of us at Straight forward but not the "originals". We are all older and some are retiring. My new chapter starts on Tuesday. I hope it is just as exciting or even better as I move forward.

WOW!!! Talk about a nice Spring Day ~ we got to 48F (now only 45F) Snow is melting and grass actually looks green :cool:

Rissa was here yesterday and today and we had no issues from her or Don

I'm so glad my week is over...I work so hard (tough to be a perfectionist & Type A in retail-LOL) & am so lucky that my past 2 partners have been good workers too.(yup-only 2 of us on overnights) Usually work together for about a yr...then they either quit or move up into management type positions.(Me-the dependable little peon that knows as much or more than my higher ups & makes more $-& way less stress & aggravation)

Weather has been crazy-50s one day,snow (yesterday) the next.50s during the day,in the teens & 20s at night.Hopefully we'll have snow on X-Mas.

AMAZING 1st Day at my new job ~ It is so refreshing not to have negativity and people who just bring you down :) I got a free bag, 2 bottles of water, a t-shirt, dry erase marker board, Pen, Can cozie, and note pad. A few of management are former Charlton management and left before iPacesetters took over. It is so nice we have made a full circle and all together again. I have great feelings about this new job. I came home and even Don wasn't grumpy and negative.

Right now it is down to 31F (accuweather real feel says 17F) ~ It was 43F this morning when I left for work about 815a

YAY-no more visits for 6 mos !!! Hardware is staying in place,FULLY healed inside & out,no other issues except that this nerve damage could be permanent.In the realm of things,it's more annoying than anything (I wouldn't know I was putting on my socks except I can see it,I have to be more cautious walking,etc...) at least it's just from the knee down & not the whole leg anymore.So 3 surgeries & thousands of $ later,I hope I'm good for another 100,000 miles.

Another Fabulous Day at work ~ No Negativity ~ Cheryle and I had a good laugh cuz we think the trainer knew Donna (always complained and pointed out bad but not good he described her perfectly) ~ One guy got fired today ~ I felt bad for him especially since I called him out for being late more than an hour (again and today was only the second day). He was never on time when he worked for iPacesetters either and was fired once ~ you would think he would have learned. If you can't be on time, you need a different job ~ I use to be in management and you can't run a successful business this way.

Don wasn't home when I got home ~ I did dishes, set up coffee pot, and a few other things ~ He was drinking a beer when he got here. Must be nice not to have a job and always find beer and cigarettes. At least he wasn't drunk and stupid

I'm at work right now-went in at 6 AM & they asked me to work.So,I went home & changed-off at 3.Lots of freebies-hopefully not gogne b4 I get home.Sorry-but it's 8 hrs of OT!

Boring Day at work but still full of energy and positivity ~ Did our CPNI Training, QA requirements and how it works, Rebuttals, and such. Will be glad when we get on the phones because it is so boring and very exhausting just sitting in a classroom and listening ~ since I have done all this stuff before ~ did find a couple of pointers though

Finally on the phones! Work is ok, not fond of outbound but I will see how the checks start looking ~ right now I am not really enjoying my job but the bosses and the company are AMAZING and very supportive and energetic ~ It is a great company so far ~ Nothing like the place I was at (thank god).

Christmas was ok, Padre came over to eat lunch and then left to go take a nap :)

Elenor passed away at the age of 85 on Christmas eve, slipped into a coma and then died a few hours later. Padre had been up earlier in the day to see her. She is Shirley's mom (the elderly lady that Don shovels snow for and other odd jobs).

I am tired of work already ~ I am not an outbound person but it is a job and time does go by pretty fast ~ just fustrating that I have not been making any sales the last couple of days ~ I like extra money on my checks :)
