The approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,250 and consists of: (i) two (2) nights double occupancy hotel accommodations at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV for winner and one (1) guest to see the performance described in Section 5(ii) of the Official Rules; (ii) two (2) tickets (for the winner and one (1) guest) to one (1) performance of the Britney: Piece of Me show at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV in connection with the hotel accommodations described in Section 5(i); (iii) a meet-and-greet session with Britney Spears for winner and one (1) guest in connection with the performance described in this Section 5(i); and (iv) one (1) $750 voucher to apply toward airfare or other travel costs to Las Vegas, NV for the stay described in Section 5(i) and the performance described in Section 5(ii). The ARV of the Runners-up Prize is $57.50 and consists of one (1) 3.3-ounce bottle of Fantasy fragrance. There are a total of twenty-five (25) runners-up prizes to be awarded to twenty-five (25) winners
