OH NO- Neck Surgery.

Umm...OK...just got off phone.5 OrthoSurgeons & 3 NeuroSurgeons agree that if I don't have neck surgery I could end up paralyzed pretty quick here due to all the nerve damage.I have a highly unusual thing goin' on-my nerves are so stretched & twisted right now my whole arm should be immobile.Cause ? They're not real sure-yes,the Lupus,Myositis,Sjogren's,etc...all figure in,but no idea.So,I'm being admitted Sun. as an emergency (MD says w/ my insurance they'll cover more.) & surgery Mon.Why not sooner-cuz I don't seem to be getting any worse since the onset Sat.(plus I do my own PT on my hand & arm & Larry gives me great rubdowns 2X a day)

OMG! Deb...thought it would be bad but not THAT bad! Will be sending up the prayers as I said I would! I will try to keep the sweeps coming in while you are 'gone'. How long are you going to be in the hospital for?
