One Grand Prize will be awarded of a 4 day, 3 night trip for two to San Francisco, CA ("Location"). Approximate retail value of prize is $3,500 depending on location of winner and fares at time of departure. Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two to and from a major commercial airport in the 48 Contiguous United States, near the winner's primary residence and the Location, as determined by Sponsor (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Location); 3 nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only); two (2) tickets for a group tour of San Francisco's Chinatown; Dinner for two at a select P.F. Chang's China Bistro restaurant (not to exceed $150 and excluding alcoholic beverages and gratuity); a guided tour for two of a select Napa Valley Winery (to be determined by Sponsor) (collectively the "Events"), and ground transportation to and from the airport, as well as to and from the hotel and the Events.
