One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air
transportation for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV (the "Destination"), from a major commercial
airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence provided that
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if
winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one (1) hotel accommodation for two
(2) nights at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas (one double occupancy room and
room tax only) checking in on Friday, March 13, 2015 and checking out on Sunday, March
15, 2015; (c) a backstage tour from the band for winner and guest; (d) two (2) tickets to
see Rascal Flatts Vegas Riot! at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on Saturday, March
14 , 2015; and (e) one (1) autographed guitar for the winner. (The events to which the
prize relates in (c) and (d) above are defined herein as “Events.”) (Total Approximate
