Void in AK & HI
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: (a) round-trip coach air
transportation for two (2) to Baltimore, MD (the "Destination"), from a major commercial
airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence provided that
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if
winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one (1) hotel accommodation for two
(2) nights (one double occupancy room and room tax only) at the Napa River Inn checking
in on May 1, 2015 and checking out on May 3, 2015; (c) two (2) tickets to M3 Rock
Festival; (d) early entrance to the festival for winner and guest; (e) access to Meet & Greet
Lounge and VIP cash bar for winner and guest; (f) two (2) passes to a private VIP show
with Jack Russell’s Great White on May 1, 2015; (g) two (2) M3 Rock Festival t-shirts; and
(h) one (1) M3 Rock Festival poster. (The events to which the prize relates in (c)–(f) above
