Journey at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 15, 2015 (the “Concert”). The trip includes
round trip coach airfare for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the Winner’s residence (as determined by Prize Provider)
to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, NV, two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino (single
room/double occupancy/room and tax only), and two (2) tickets for the Attendees to the Concert (seating as determined by Prize
Provider) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,250.00).
