We will award one prize which consists of a trip for the winner and his/her guest to Seaside Heights, NJ on or about June 5-7, 2015, to attend the Gentlemen of the Road Stopover Festival, which includes a performance by the musical artists known as the band Mumford & Sons, in Seaside Heights, NJ on June 5-6, 2015 (the “Performance”). The prize consists of:
• Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and one guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at an airport in the Newark, NJ area (the “Airport”); and
• 2 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a Seaside Heights area hotel to be determined by Sponsor or UMG in their sole discretion (the “Hotel”); and
• Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest to/from Airport and Hotel;
• Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest to/from Airport and Hotel;
• and
• A general admission 2-Day Pass to attend the Gentlemen of the Road Stopover Festival at Seaside Heights Beach for the winner and his/her guest to attend the Performance.
The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize is $2,838.00.
