Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): a trip for winner and one (1) guest to Cannes,France, consisting of roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) people from the major U.S. airport closest to winner’s residence to Cannes, six (6) nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations, and $500 spending money (US$7,600.00 maximum ARV).
