Prize. We will award one winner the Grand Prize which consists of:
A trip for the winner and his/her guest to Chicago, IL on or about July 2-4, 2015, to attend a Grateful Dead concert at Soldier Field in Chicago, IL on July 3, 2015 (the “Trip”). The Trip has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $3,100.00 and consists of:
• Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and his/her guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at an airport in the Chicago area (the “Airport”);
• 2 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a Chicago area hotel to be determined by Sponsor or WMG in their sole discretion (the “Hotel”);
• Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest to/from Airport and Hotel;
• Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest to/from Concert and Hotel; and
• Tickets for the winner and his/her guest to attend the Grateful Dead “Fare Thee Well” concert in Chicago on July 3, 2015.
Actual value of the prize may vary based on factors at time of booking, including, but not limited to, airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. If the actual value of any prize is less than the stated ARV, we will not award the difference in cash. The prize winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary. If the prize winner resides within a 100-mile radius of the Hotel, air transportation will not be provided and no ground transportation or additional compensation will be provided in lieu thereof.
