Prize: Trip to Dijon, France
i. Two (2) round-trip plane tickets, courtesy of Air France, from any city in the continental U.S. to Paris, France, between September 15, 2015 to September 15th, 2016. Plane tickets must not exceed USD $1500 after taxes, round-trip, per person. Tickets may be booked for dates exceeding the length of the planned program in France if the winner wishes to stay longer, at the discretion of MAILLE.
ii. Two (2) round-trip train tickets From Paris to Dijon.
iii. Two (2) nights stay in a luxury hotel. Winner may choose to stay longer in this hotel or elsewhere at his or her own expense.
iv. This contest prize item is for flights, train tickets, hotel accommodation, and scheduled program activities only. All other expenses and ancillary items to include travel and insurance is the responsibility of the contest winner.
v. Prize is based on availability at time of reservation. Winner and Guest are responsible for all taxes and for all travel and expenses not specifically included in the prize description. These include but are not limited to: transportation around Dijon, travel expenses from his/her home, snacks, drinks, and tickets to other attractions not included in the trip. Travel must be completed by September 15th, 2016.
vi. The prize is non-transferable and/or redeemable for cash, goods, or services and cannot be combined with any other special offer or promotion. Booking will be made on space available basis of desired travel date and desired travel date must be before expiration date. Valid for one trip and cannot be separated into multiple trips. Cancelation charges and other terms and conditions of travel will apply. No extensions will be granted beyond the expiration date. MAILLE is not responsible for luggage fees and/or any airfare penalties or differentials incurred by travelers due to purchase of tickets prior to confirmation of land stay. MAILLE is not responsible for lost or stolen prize certificates.
vii. Approximate Retail Value: $4900 depending on trip week. Taxes and all other expenses not expressly stated herein are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his/her Guest. MAILLE makes no warranty with respect to any prize. MAILLE will report value of prize as required by law. MAILLE reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value.
