PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): a 2016 Ford F-150 pickup truck (ARV $50,000) and a private Toby Keith performance for winner and up to 19 guests, each of whom must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older (“Performance”); with an ARV of up to $2,500 (based on ARV of a single ticket to Performance being $125 and winner having 19 guests accompany him/her to Performance); on same day as Performance, ground transportation for winner and guests to a series of restaurants and other entertainment spots prior to Performance, from final entertainment spot to venue hosting Performance, and from Performance venue back to winner’s residence (ARV: $2,000) ; a gift card for $100 (issued by Sponsor directly to the local venues that are part of the pub crawl) that winner may use to pay for food and beverages as part of pre-Performance entertainment (or otherwise); gift card issuer is of Sponsor’s sole choosing and gift card is subject to terms and conditions of issuer. Total ARV of Prize is $54,600. Should actual total value of Prize be less than $54,600 (e.g., winner has fewer than 19 guests attend Performance), winner will not receive difference in cash.
