There will be one (1) prize (“Prize”) awarded consisting of a trip
for Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guests”) to Honolulu, Hawaii (“Trip”). Trip will
include: (a) roundtrip coach-class/economy air transportation for Prize Winner and up to
three (3) Guests from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence (as determined
by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a major commercial airport near Honolulu, Hawaii (as

compact through full-size car classes; and (e) a $500 MasterCard Prepaid card.
