ONE (1) GRAND Prize will be awarded. The winner will receive a personal watercraft and trailer. Personal watercraft has been used by Sponsor for demonstration/advertising purposes prior to award and Sponsor expressly disclaims any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Personal watercraft and trailer may be subject to availability and other restrictions. Exact model of personal watercraft is at the sole discretion of the sponsor. Winner will be solely responsible for any and all costs associated with licensing, registration and use of personal watercraft, including insurance. The winner must pick up personal watercraft and trailer at designated location in New Hampshire prior to designated deadline, and therefore have a means of taking possession of the personal watercraft and trailer; all costs in conjunction with picking up personal watercraft and trailer are the sole responsibility of winner. Approximate retail value of the prize is $12,624.00.
