Entry Period #1: 7/1-7/28

Two (2) “Entry Period 1 Grand Prizes” will be awarded,consisting of a five (5) day/four (4) night trip to Los Angeles, California, on or about August 13, 2015 (date subject to change); round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from major airport near winner’s home to Los Angeles, California (departure and arrival airports selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion), or for winners who live within 200 miles of Los Angeles, California, a $600 check in lieu of air transportation will be given (as determined by Sponsor); standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy at a hotel selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion) for four (4) nights, arriving on or about August 12, 2015 and leaving on or about August 14, 2015 (dates subject to change and determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion); two (2) VIP Dew Tour Passes, which includes tickets to the We Are Blood movie premier (passes and tickets subject to availability and selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion); and $500 spending cash (to be awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner) which may be used towards transportation and other expenses. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Entry Period 1 Grand Prize: $4,500.
One (1) “Entry Period 2 Grand Prize” will be awarded,consisting of a seven (7) day/six (6) night trip to Barcelona, Spain; round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from major airport near winner’s home to Barcelona, Spain (departure and arrival airports selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion); standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy at a hotel selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion) for six (6) nights; and USD $1,000 spending cash (to be awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner) which may be used towards transportation and other expenses. Entry Period 2 Grand Prize Trip must be booked by September 30, 2015 and travel must commence on or before December 31, 2015, except as otherwise permitted by Sponsor at its sole discretion (actual travel dates selected by Sponsor at its sole discretion). ERV of the Entry Period 2 Grand Prize: $8,000.The Entry Period 2 Grand Prize cash option shall be awarded in the form of a check. ERV of Entry Period 2 Grand Prize cash alternative: $8,000.
