Wow! That was a toughy! I kept getting a security warning at confirm and when I clicked on Continue I got the message below and had to start over...and over and over!
Method Not Allowed
The request method POST is inappropriate for the URL /. The last time I clicked on Cancel and the order went through! Very weird.
