GRAND PRIZE AND CONDITIONS
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize package includes: (a) Round-trip coach-class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the "Travel Companion") from a major airport in the continental U.S. near Grand Prize Winner's residence (determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion) to an airport servicing Logrono, Spain. Transportation to and from major airport is not included and is the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion. Trip must be booked and taken prior to June 30, 2016. Travel blackout dates may apply. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Desired travel dates must be requested at least 60 days prior to preferred travel period. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight; (b) five (5) nights hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a hotel determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion; (c) a curated winery tours (4) Rioja wineries, selected by the Fleming's Wine Director or the Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion and; (d) five days of meal accommodations including Hotel breakfast, lunches at wineries and dinner/tapas tours at night, (e) basic spa accommodation for two (2) at Rioja Spa, (f) Wine Culture Museum guided tour for two (2).
The total approximate retail value (the "ARV") of the Grand Prize is $8,000.
