GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize awarded (“Grand Prize”) to one (1) entrant (“Grand Prize Winner”) from all eligible entries consisting of a kitchen makeover awarded as a $10,000 check. Total value of Grand Prize is ten thousand dollars (ARV $10,000).
Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Prizes are not transferable. Federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and the Administrator will issue an IRS 1099 form for the Actual value of the Prize for the year in which such prize was awarded and the winner will be required to sign (i) a W-9 form and (ii) an affidavit of eligibility and (iii) publicity and liability releases. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
FIRST PRIZE: One (1) First Prize consisting of a KitchenAid Mixer. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of First Prize is three hundred dollars ($300.00).
SECOND PRIZE: One (1) Second Prize consisting of a KitchenAid Slow Cooker. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of Second Prize is one hundred dollars ($100.00).
