One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package (“Trip Package”) for the Grand Prize winner (the “GP Winner”) and up to three (3) guests (one of whom must be GP Winner’s Parent if GP Winner is a Minor) (each, a “Guest”, collectively the “Guests”) to Los Angeles, CA. If GP Winner elects to bring a friend as a Guest and such friend is a Minor in his/her state of residence, the remaining Guest must be the parent or legal guardian of such Minor Guest. Each Trip Package shall consist of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the major airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA; (ii) three (3) nights/four (4) days standard hotel accommodations at the Coast Anabelle Hotel in Los Angeles, CA (or similar standard hotel of Sponsor’s choice in the Los Angeles metropolitan area at Sponsor’s sole determination) (one [1] room, quad occupancy, room and tax only); (iii) round-trip ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, to/from hotel and the Studio (as defined below); (iv) a tour of the Nickelodeon production studio (the “Studio”) for GP Winner and Guests and attendance at the taping of a live-action Nickelodeon television series (as solely determined by Sponsor subject to production schedules and force majeure events); (vi) five hundred dollars ($500.00) in spending money for GP Winner only in the form of a check; and (vii) five (5) one hundred dollar ($100.00) gift certificates which can be redeemed at any Shoe Carnival retail location, subject to the terms and restrictions of the certificate issuer.
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,050.00.
