PRIZES: (3) Grand Prizes consisting of One Woodchuck Backyard Cider Pub which includes a kegerator unit, signs, stools, light and two outlets. Prize will be shipped for curbside delivery only to winner’s address, fully assembled (cost of shipping included). Backyard Cider Pub measures 8 ft. x 12 ft., is 9 ft. 6 in. high, and it is winner’s sole responsibility to own or otherwise have rights to a suitable piece of land in which to install Backyard Cider Pub. If winner does not own/have rights to a suitable piece of land for installation of Backyard Cider Pub (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), winner may elect to have the Backyard Cider Pub shipped for curbside delivery to a third party with the express written authorization of the third party and the written approval of Sponsor, which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion and without liability of any kind. In such case, Sponsor will liaise with such third party as to the curbside delivery of the Backyard Cider Pub and winner will have no right of review or approval as to same. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Backyard Cider Pub is shipped for curbside delivery to a land owned by a third party, the winner may still be required to pay taxes on the value of the prize.Total Approximate Retail Value of all Prizes: $30,000.
