There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner, upon the
Administrator’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive a four (4) day / five (5) night trip for two (2)
people to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Jackson, Wyoming (the “Location”). The Grand Prize
package includes: (a) two (2) roundtrip standard economy airfare tickets from a major commercial
airport in the United States, near the Winner’s primary residence and the Location, as determined by
Sponsor (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if Winner
resides within one hundred fifty (150) miles of the Location); (b) hotel accommodations for five (5)
nights in a non-view room at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (double occupancy room, room and tax
only), (c) lift tickets for two (2) people for four (4) days at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, and (d) two
(2) custom Lib Tech snowboards signed by Travis Rice. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the
total prize package is five thousand eight hundred dollars ($5,800)
