The following prizes (each a “Prize”) are available to be won in the Game:
Super Bowl Trip (2): Two (2) Super Bowl Trip prizes will be awarded, each consisting of two (2) tickets to the Super Bowl 50 in Santa Clara, California, on Sunday, February 7, 2016; round-trip air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from major airport nearest winner’s home to San Francisco, California, or for winners who live within 200 miles of San Francisco, a $800 check in lieu of air transportation will be given (as determined by Sponsor); hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) for four (4) nights, arriving on February 4, 2016 and leaving on February 8, 2016; transportation from hotel to and from Super Bowl 50 only; a commemorative gift bag for the winner and guest; and $200 spending cash (to be awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner) which may be used towards transportation and other expenses. Golden Football (100): One hundred (100) Golden Football Prizes are available, each consisting of a commemorative football from the NFL. The ARV of each Golden Football Prize: $69.50.
